Teaching

Economics, econometrics, environmental policy, and development studies at undergraduate and postgraduate level.

Approach

My teaching connects economic theory to the policy problems students will actually encounter. Having spent a decade designing surveys, running impact evaluations, and briefing government officials before returning to the classroom, I bring applied examples from Bangladeshi food systems, agricultural policy, and environmental governance into every course I teach.

I am committed to creating meaningful learning experiences, mentoring students through their own research, and helping them develop the analytical tools that make evidence-informed policy possible.
